全身麻醉时脑电图和脑电地形图的变化

本文对40例神经外科全麻手术患者采用智能化脑电监测仪观察两组不同全麻药,一组是七氟醚,一组氨氟醚在整个麻醉及手术过程中脑电图和脑电地形图的变化规律是随吸入浓度增加慢波增加,慢波频带功率增高,浓度达最强时脑电图出现暴发抑制波称IC值,比值的阈值七氟醚组明显高于安氟醚组,七氟醚组和安氟醚组的棘波发生率分别为0/20、8/20。结论:七氟醚致痉性弱于氨氟醚,较适用于神经外科麻醉:IC值可作为判断吸入麻醉药对中枢抑制强度的指标。


Fourty neurosurgical patients who were generally administered to sevofrane or echrane in operation gave been observed by means of computerized electroencephal monitor. Pa-tients were divided into sevofrane group and echrane group. Author found that there was a regular pattern of EEG and BEAM during anesthesia and operation,which dynamometer of slow frequency band increase with inspired agent concentration. When insired agent for general anesthesia arrived top. EEG showed burst suppression known by the name of IC value. The threshold of sevofrane's IC was evidently higher than echrane's. Occurrence of spike to sevofrane and echrane was 0/20 and 8/20 respectively.Conclusion promises sevofrane to be weaker than echrane in leading to seizure and be applicable to anaesthetise neurosurgical patient. IC value, can regard as one of indices to form a judgement of inspired anesthetic agent effection on central nervous system.
