应用酶联免疫吸附试验检测延边地区135例乙型肝炎患者及HBsAg携带者中的HDAg和抗-HD.其中急性乙型肝炎41例、慢性迁延性肝炎10例、慢性活动性肝炎11例、肝硬化和肝癌各4例、HBsAg携带者65例.各种肝病患者和携带者中HDAg阳性率分别为7.1％和3.1％,但抗-HD均未检出.
135 sera from 70 hepatitis B patients and 65 HBsAg carriers in Yanbian were measured for anti-HDV and HDAg by means of ELISA, the positive rates of HDAg in the sera were 7.1% and 3.1% respectively. Anti-HDV was negative in all the sera.
