小麦梭条花叶病(Wheat spindle streak mosaic,WSSM)是由小麦梭条花叶病毒(Wheat spindlestreak mosaic virus,WSSMV)引起的土传病害,自20世纪末已成为危害我国小麦生产的重要病毒病之一。本文就小麦梭条花叶病毒的鉴定、病害的流行、危害及防治、小麦梭条花叶病抗病鉴定技术和分级标准、小麦抗梭条花叶病遗传资源的发掘与利用、抗病遗传机制和抗病育种等方面的研究进展进行了综述,同时讨论了近年来小麦梭条花叶病研究中存在的问题及今后的研究方向。
Wheat spindle streak mosaic (WSSM), a fungally transmitted soil-born virus disease, has spread rapidly and become one of the most serious diseases in wheat production. In this paper, research progresses were reviewed on the identification of the pathogen, epidemics, control, and potential threat of this disease to wheat production. The exploration, development and utilization of new resistant germplasms, the research on genetic mechanisms and breeding for WSSM resistance were reviewed as well. The problems and the prospects of the current and future WSSM research were also discussed.
