为研究创伤的需要,我们研制出了适用于多种动物创伤研究的撞击工具,该装置可预置四个撞击参数。设计的撞击速度为3~50m/s,贯穿速度5~75m/s,撞击动能为0.9~250焦耳(J),压强为0.06~35J/cm~2,有效撞击距离为0~85cm(根据此可计算机体压缩百分比),撞击质量块重200g,S_5射钉弹为驱动撞击质量块的动力源,撞击质量块探头有三种类型,全装置重2.0kg,经狗、兔动物实验结果显示该装置能很好地复制骨折、钝挫伤及贯通伤。是一种安全实用的创伤模型工具。
An impactor was designed and manufactured for studying fracture, blunt and penetrating ballistic injury. Many kinds of animals such as cattle, sheep, pig,,dog, rabbit and rat can be used as the experimental targets of the impactor. It's shape was looked like a pistol (Wt2.0 kg)and it can schedule four impact parameters,, impact and penetrating velocity (3-50 m/s and 5-75 m/s, respectively), kinetic ene.rgy (0.9-250J) .compressive strength (0.06-35J/cm2) and effective impact discance (0-8.5cm). The impacting body weighs 200g and is drived by 83 projectile. There are three kinds of impacting probes and the total weight of the implement is 2.0kg. The experiment with the dogs and rabbits showed that the impactor could easily reproduce various degrees of fracture, blunt and penetrating ballistic injury. So it is a safe and practical model for creating injury.
