The design on a new type multi station post-cure inflation molding machine for off-the-road tire was introduced.The developed molding machine mainly consisted of frame,movable and fixed chuck,cross head chuck locking mechanism,upper support mechanism,and pushing cylinder,using dual gas supply.Each work station could be individually controlled,and there were intake pipes with different pressures,achieving the entire process of manual tire installation,molding,locking inflation,unlocking deflation,and tire unloading,which improved the mechanization and automation level of off-the-road tire production,reduced labor intensity,and significantly improved tire quality.
