目的探究五行音乐疗法联合耳穴贴压对湿热下注证混合痔手术患者的影响。方法选取海安市中医院2017年2月至2018年2月收治的湿热下注证混合痔手术患者48例作为观察组,术后除常规护理,另加用五行音乐疗法联合耳穴贴压干预措施。以2016年1月至2017年1月收治的采用常规护理的湿热下注证混合痔手术患者48例作为对照组,对比两组患者术后排便情况、疼痛程度(视觉模拟评分)及睡眠质量(匹兹堡睡眠质量量表评分)变化。结果观察组患者术后排便情况优于对照组,术后4、12、24、72 h视觉模拟评分均低于对照组,术后1周匹兹堡睡眠质量量表中催眠药物、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、功能障碍、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠质量7个维度的评分也均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论五行音乐疗法联合耳穴贴压用于湿热下注证混合痔患者术后护理可有效提高患者睡眠质量,减轻疼痛程度,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of Five Element Melodiotherapy combined with auricular acupoint sticking on mixed hemorrhoids patients with damp-heat injection syndrome.Methods Forty-eight cases of mixed hemorrhoids with damp-heat injection syndrome treated in Haian County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as observation group who were treated with Five Element Melodiotherapy combined with auricular acupoint sticking intervention based on the routine nursing after operation.Forty-eight patients with mixed hemorrhoids treated with conventional nursing from January 2016 to January 2017 were enrolled into the control group.The changes of defecation,pain degree(visual analogue score)and sleep quality(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale score)were compared between the two groups.Results The defecation of patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group.And the visual analogue scores at the 4th,12th,24th and 72nd hour after operation were lower than those in the control group.The scores of hypnotic drugs,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,dysfunction,sleep latency,sleep time and sleep quality in Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale at the 1st week after operation were also lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Five Element Melodiotherapy combined with auricular acupoint sticking and pressing can effectively improve the quality of sleep and reduce the degree of pain in mixed hemorrhoids patients with damp-heat injection.
