造纸生产中压缩机防喘振软保护控制系统

针对造纸生产过程中压缩机的特殊要求,采用选择性控制系统,通过低选器实现吸入罐压力和压缩机入口流量两个控制回路的切换,有效地解决了吸入罐被吸瘪和压缩机的喘振现象,控制过程中生产设备不停车,克服了硬保护系统的弊端。

Aiming at the special request of compressor in paper production, selectivity control program was used. Shriveling of the inhalation bottle by over suction and the breathing heavily flapping of compressor could be overcome by using low selector to switch the control circuits of the pressure of inhaling bottle and the flow rate of the entrance of the compossor, it could prevent the equipment from shuttling down, overcome the disadvantage of hard protection system.
