建立了玩具中V6阻燃剂的高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)测定方法。该方法以甲醇为提取溶剂进行超声提取,提取液经净化后进行HPLC-MS/MS测定,外标法定量。采用阳性样品,对提取方式、提取溶剂等前处理条件进行选择优化。试验结果表明:V6在5~800μg/L质量浓度范围内线性相关系数0.9999,线性关系良好;在本方法的试验条件下,检出限为0.04 mg/kg,回收率在95%~105%范围内,相对标准偏差在1%~3%之间。该方法可用于玩具中V6阻燃剂的测定。
A determining method of V6 flame retardant in toys was established by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)method.The extracting solution obtained from ultrasonic treatment with methanol was analyzed by HPLC-MS/MS after purification and quantified by external standard method.The pretreatment conditions such as extracting type and extracting agent were optimized respectively by using positive samples.The results showed that the linearly dependent coefficient of V6 in the concentration range of 5~800μg/L was 0.9999,demonstrating a good linear relationship.The detection limit of this method was 0.04 mg/kg,and the recovery of 95%~105%and relative standard deviation of 1%~3%were obtained.The established method is applicable for determination of V6 flame retardant in toys.
