为顺应医学教育改革与发展趋势,强化人才培养契合未来临床岗位深层次能力需求,以岗位胜任力为根本导向,统筹推进本科生导师制、课程多元整合、问题导向学习、临床技能培训、专业化社会实践、人文素养涵育等综合改革,并覆盖本科医学教育的全过程,有效地提高了医学人才的培养质量,实现了医学生岗位胜任力的持续提升。

To comply with the trends of medical education reform and development, the con-struction and practice in this paper strengthens talents cultivation to face post competency in the future. Oriented by post competency, some reformatory measures, including promoting undergra-duate tutorial system, multi-integration of courses, problem-based learning, clinical skill train-ing, specialized social practice as well as humanistic education, have been taken and covered the whole process of undergraduate medical education. It effectively enhances the cultivating quality of medical talents, and realizes the continuous improvement of medical students’ post competency.
