活塞销摩擦副刚度匹配

以某型船用大功率柴油机的全浮式活塞销为研究对象,建立多柔体动力学与热弹性流体动力润滑耦合模型。在推进特性不同的工况下,通过改变活塞销内径及活塞销座刚度,分析结构局部刚度对润滑特性的影响规律。结果表明:活塞销座摩擦副最小油膜厚度和完全润滑状态时间占比随活塞销座刚度的增大呈上升趋势,进而改善了整体润滑性能。

Taking the fully floating piston of a marine diesel engine as the research object,a model by coupling multi-flexible body dynamics and thermo-elasto-hydrodynamic lubrication(TEHL)theory was established.Simulations were conducted at varied propulsion operation conditions while changing the inner diameter of the piston pin and the stiffness of pin seat in order to clarify the impact of these parameters on lubrication characteristics.The results reveals that with the increase of local stiffness of piston pin seat,the minimum oil film thickness and the time proportion of perfect lubrication state of piston pin seat bearing increases,thereby enhances the overall lubrication performance.
