工业软件是推动制造业数字化转型的“关键底座”,实现自主可控迫在眉睫。针对国产工业软件“不能用、不愿用、不敢用”的突出问题,本文选取地震数据处理解释软件GeoEast作为典型案例,系统分析其破解应用难题的关键举措。研究发现,GeoEast通过长期高强度投入、发放应用激励津贴、建立行政考核制度等做法,分别有效缓解了用户对国产软件“不能用”“不愿用”“不敢用”的顾虑,成功实现了对进口软件的规模化替代。在此基础上,本文从长期投入、激励政策、考核体系3个方面提出了加快工业软件国产化替代的建议,为探索符合国产工业软件发展模式的应用推广路径提供了参考。
Industrial software is the“key foundation”for promoting the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry, and it is now extremely urgent to achieve its independent control. In response to the prominent issues of domestic industrial software being“unusable,unwilling to use,and afraid to use”,this paper selects the seismic data processing and interpretation software GeoEast as a typical case and systematically analyzes the key measures it has taken to solve the application problems. Research has found that GeoEast has effectively alleviated users’concerns about“not being able to use”,“unwilling to use”,and“daring not to use”domestic software through long-term high-intensity investment,distribution of application incentive allowances,and establishment of administrative assessment systems,and successfully achieved large-scale substitution of imported software. Based on this,this paper puts forward suggestions for accelerating the domestic substitution of industrial software from the three aspects of long-term investment,incentive policies,and assessment systems,which provides a reference for exploring application and promotion paths that conform to the development model of domestic industrial software.
