蜡梅科蜡梅属(Chimonanthus)植物是中国特有的药用植物,包括柳叶蜡梅、浙江蜡梅、山蜡梅和突托蜡梅,其根、茎、叶、花蕾和果实均可入药;其中柳叶蜡梅的茎、叶可作为新资源食品,具有巨大的开发潜力。蜡梅属植物所含化学成分主要包括挥发油类、黄酮类、香豆素类、生物碱类和倍半萜类等,其不同部位的提取物和化学成分具有抗炎、抑菌、抗氧化等药理活性,临床上广泛用于治疗炎症性疾病。综述近年来蜡梅属植物的化学成分、药理活性和临床应用,以期为后续研究开发提供理论参考。
Chimonanthus of Calycanthaceae family is a class of unique medicinal plants in China, which includes base plants of Shiliang tea (C. salicifolius H. H. Hu and C. zhejiangensis M. C. Liu), C. nitens Oliv., C. grammatus M. C. Liu, and other plants. Its medicinal parts include roots, stems, leaves, flower buds, and fruits. Stems and leaves of C. salicifolius can be used as new resource food, which has great development prospects. Main chemical constituents of plants in this genus are volatile oil, flavonoids, coumarins, alkaloids, and sesquiterpenoids. The extracts and chemical constituents of different parts have anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antioxidant, and other pharmacological activity and good therapeutic effects on many inflammatory diseases. The chemical constituents, pharmacological activity, and clinical applications of Chimonanthus were reviewed, so as to provide a theoretical basis for further research.
