协同聚力式电工学课程教学创新体系探索与实践

分别从面向新工科的课程知识体系重塑、青年教师教学能力提升、学生学习质量控制、师生互动着力强化、课程思政深入践行等方面入手,构建了更加完善的电工学课程教学创新体系。该体系充分挖掘和发挥了多对象、多方法、多环节的协同聚力作用,促进了教学相长,获得了学生好评,贯彻了“以学生发展为中心”的教学理念,对于通过课堂教学落实立德树人和培养一流人才具有参考价值。

In order to solve the real problems in Electrical Engineering course teaching, an innovative teaching system has been constructed. This teaching system contains several key elements, such as building a knowledge framework for emerging engineering education, improving teaching level of young teachers, designing learning quality control, enhancing teacher-student interaction, implementing powerful course ideological and political education. In fact, this teaching system fully explores and leverages the collaborative and cohesive effects of multiple objects, methods, and stages. Correspondingly, it promotes mutual learning and receives high praise from students. According to this innovative teaching system, the teaching philosophy centered on student development can be effectively implemented, providing reference value for guarantee for moral education and first-class talent cultivation through classroom teaching.
