Through using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,and by defining the concept of China’s ice and snow sports industry chain,this paper analyzes the internal logic of the value-added development of China’s ice and snow sports industry chain from the perspective of“multi-chain”integration,take“supply force,guiding force,driving force”as the main line to construct the suitable framework of“multi-chain”integration of China’s ice and snow sports industry,and then put forward the path of“multi-chain”integration of China’s ice and snow sports industry:1)To improve the supply mechanism of multi-subject co-governance in China’s ice and snow sports industry,and build a network of ice and snow sports industry entities that are jointly built,shared and win-win;2)To integrate the elements of China’s ice and snow sports resources,and expand the value-added space of“core,derivative,emerging”ice and snow sports industry;3)To promote the development efficiency of China’s ice and snow sports industry,and explore the construction of ice and snow sports venues with“full-season,full-time,full-area”operation of the functional space;4)To innovate the governance logic of China’s ice and snow sports enterprise with block chain technology.The aim is to provide theoretical reference for the output value addition of China’s ice and snow sports industry chain and the promotion of the development of China’s ice and snow sports enterprises.
