In the face of the new missions and requirements of PLA,the problem of talent team construction is getting prominent.It is necessary to make clear the functions of military hospitals by transforming the old ideology and mindset,to reasonably construct the layout for talent cultivation and direction by strengthening top-level design,and to establish new cultivation and assessment system by innovating institutional mechanism,which may help with construction of the hospital talent team in an all-round way as well as the sustainable development of military hospitals.
