Objective To explore the clinical effects of detail management combined with routine nursing in nursing care for pneumonia children.Methods From October 2018 to March 2019,this study selected 88 pneumonia children at Beijing Tiantan Hospital as subjects.All of children were divided into routine group(n=44)and observation group(n=44)with the method of random number table.Routine group carried routine nursing model.On the basis of routine nursing,observation group combined detail management.This study compared the differences in satisfaction of children's family number with nursing between two groups.Results After intervention,satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusions Application of detail management combined with routine nursing in nursing care for pneumonia children can effectively improve nursing quality and has a positive role in promoting the harmonious development of doctor-patient relationship.
