南京和百色两地高职护理专业女生饮食与运动状况的比较

目的 比较不同地区高职护理专业女学生的饮食和运动情况,以便开展有针对性的营养健康教育。方法 以江苏南京与广西百色高职护理专业学生作为调查对象,采用随机整群抽样方法进行问卷调查。结果 两个地区高职护理专业学生每天都吃早餐频率分别为南京69.0%,百色33.4%;能够每天都喝牛奶的学生南京16.9%,百色只有7.7%;谷类每天摄入量不足250 g比例南京为30.8%,百色38.8%;肉禽类每天摄入量不足100 g比例南京为54.7%,百色为86.4%;其他食物的摄入频率也不甚理想;每天运动的时间(包括散步、走路、骑车、体育锻炼)1 h以上比例,南京为12.4%,百色17.4%。结论 南京地区高职护理女生饮食情况要好于百色地区,但两个地区学生健康饮食行为和运动状况均存在严重问题,需要进一步加强健康教育。

Objective To compare the diet and physical activity between eastern and western regional higher vocational nursing students, so as to get the reference for carrying out the targeted nutrition health education. Methods The higher vocational nursing students were selected by the random cluster sampling method as the objects in Nanjing City and Baise City, and a questionnaire survey was conducted. Results The frequency of having breakfast was 69.0% in the nursing students of Nanjing City but it was only 33.4% in the nursing students of Baise City. The proportion of drinking milk every day was 16.9% in the nursing students of Nanjing City, however, it was only 7.7% in the nursing students of Baise City. The proportion of acceptable daily intake (ADI) of less than 250 g grains was 30.8% in the nursing students of Nanjing City, and it was 38.8% in the nursing students of Baise City. The proportion of ADI of less than 100 g meat and poultry was 54.7% in the nursing students of Nanjing City, but it was 86.4% in the nursing students of Baise City. The proportion of exercises everyday (including walking, cycling, and sports) over one hour was 12.4% in the nursing students of Nanjing City and it was 17.4% in the nursingstudents of Baise City. Conclusion The dietary status of female nursing students in Nanjing is better than that in Baise, but there are serious problems in healthy dietary behavior and physical activity of students in both areas. Therefore, the health education should be strengthened.
