为了应对全球气候变化和实现“碳达峰”、“碳中和”目标,针对性实现碳减排和碳排放量化,结合碳排放流技术,研究了一种风-碳捕集-电转气联合的新型中长期调度方式。首先,采用碳排放流理论计算系统各节点的碳势指标;其次,构建碳捕集和电转气与风电的联合特性,同时,以综合成本最小为目标,建立含有风电、水电、抽蓄、碳捕集、电转气的发电系统中长期机组组合模型;最后,基于Gurobi对IEEE 39节点电力系统进行仿真,验证了所提研究方法的有效性。
To cope with global climate change,and achieve the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutral,realize the targeted carbon emission reduction and carbon emission quantification,a wind-carbon capture-P2G combined energy system for medium-long term dispatching mode is proposed. Firstly,carbon emission flow theory is used to calculate the carbon indicators. Secondly,a combined system of carbon capture,P2G and wind power is constructed. Meanwhile,the medium-long term combination model of power generation system including wind power, hydropower, pumping storage, carbon capture and P2G is established to minimize the comprehensive cost. Finally,the simulation of IEEE 39-node power system is carried out based on Gurobi. The results prove the effectiveness of the proposed method.
