现代学徒制是高职教育发展的大势所趋,可以更好促进产教融合、校企合作,建立企业深度参与职业教育协同育人的长效机制。辽宁金融职业学院保险专业成功申请为我省第二批现代学徒制试点专业。首先确立了保险专业现代学徒制试点工作的三年任务,并通过剖析保险专业目前教学中存在的问题,结合现代学徒制的实施能够加以改进,达到更好地培育复合型技能型人才的培养目标。

The insurance specialty in Liaoning Finance Vocational College successfully applied for the second batch of modern apprenticeship pilot specialties in our province. First of all, it establishes the three-year task of modern apprenticeship pilot work of insurance specialty. Through analyzing the existing problems in the current teaching of insurance specialty, combined with the implementation of modern apprenticeship, it can achieve the training goal of better cultivating compound skilled talent.
