研究金属表面处理工艺对金属/天然橡胶(NR)热硫化粘接剥离强度的影响。结果表明:对金属进行脱脂、磷化和硅烷化处理能够有效增大金属/NR热硫化粘接剥离强度,3种处理工艺中对金属进行2次环保水溶性无铬密封剂GardoleneD6890浸渍可增大金属/NR热硫化粘接剥离强度;合理调控金属磷化时间、GardoleneD6890质量分数及其浸渍温度和浸渍后金属烘干温度能增大金属/NR热硫化粘接剥离强度;金属磷化时间为90 s、Gardolene D6890质量分数为5%及其浸渍温度为55℃时金属/NR热硫化粘接剥离强度最大,而提高GardoleneD6890浸渍后金属烘干温度能进一步增大金属/NR热硫化粘接剥离强度。
Based on the environmentally friendly, water-soluble, and chromium-free sealant Gardolene D6890, the effect of different surface treatment processes on the adhesive properties of Q235 structural steel/vulcanized NR composite was investigated. The treatment process included degreasing, phosphating, silane treatment, Gardolene D6890 concentration, operating temperature and drying temperature of dip-coating metal sheet. The results showed that the adhesive properties of Q235 structural steel between NR composite were significantly enhanced after degreasing, phosphating and silane treatment. When the Gardolene D6890 concentration, the operating temperature, and drying temperature of dip coating were about 5%, 55oC and 100-120 oC, respectively, the optimum bonding strengths of metal/rubber composites were obtained.
