新零售环境下生鲜农产品数字化提升路径分析--以MKH生态农业集团为例

根据农产品跨渠道流通的复杂性、协同性、整体性、动态性等特点,以数字化技术和模式带来的可追溯、可分析、可共享等优点切入,对比分析农产品流通正向供应链和反向供应链的流通环节和影响因素,研究构建企业供应链的优化模型;从农产品流通跨渠道整合的主体——平台入手,分析企业的影响因素以及影响路径,运用博弈论、协同理论分析平台的竞合机制、保障机制及演化机理等;从农产品流通跨渠道整合的方法——模式创新入手,从物流、电商、技术等角度,提出农产品流通跨渠道整合的创新实施路径。研究成果将有助于精减环节,优化农产品流通路径;以需定产,推动农产品生产精准对接;促进供求两端结构性对称,减少损耗浪费;实现规模化运营,降低成本,大范围盈利。对促进我国农产品流通从简单生产型向生产服务型转变及形成质优、安全、高效的流通体系具有十分重要的理论价值和现实意义。

Based on the characteristics of complexity, synergy, integrity and dynamics of agricultural products crosschannel circulation, this paper starts with the advantages of traceability, analyzability and sharability brought by digital technologies and modes, compares and analyzes the circulation links and influencing factors of agricultural products circulation forward supply chain and reverse supply chain, and investigates the optimization model construction of enterprise supply chain. Starting with the subject-platform of cross-channel integration of agricultural products circulation, this paper analyzes the influencing factors and paths of enterprises, and analyzes the mechanisms of competition and cooperation, safeguard and evolution of the platform using game theory and synergy theory. Starting from the method of cross-channel integration of agricultural products circulation-mode innovation, from the perspective of logistics,e-commerce, technology, etc., this paper puts forward the innovative implementation path of cross-channel integration of agricultural products circulation. The results of the project will be helpful to reduce the links and optimize the circulation paths of agricultural products; set production according to demand and promote the precise docking of agricultural production; promote structural symmetry between supply and demand, and reduce wastage and waste; achieve largescale operation, reduce costs, and make a wide range of profits. It would be of great theoretical value and practical significance to promote the transformation of agricultural products circulation from simple production type to production service type and to form a circulation system with high quality, safety and efficiency.
