环氧化酶(cycloxygenase,COX)包括有2种异构酶:其中1种为COX-1,其对机体具有正常的生理保护性功能;另外1种为COX-2,主要参与机体的镇痛和抗炎作用。COX-2是心肌缺血再灌注损伤(myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury,MI/RI)过程中炎症、动脉粥样硬化斑块、中毒性休克和细胞凋亡的重要介质,并导致多个组织出现功能障碍及损伤。非甾体的抗炎作用则主要与COX-2抑制剂有关,因此COX-2抑制剂可应用于MI/RI的临床治疗。
Cyclooxygenase (COX) includes 2 isozymes: COX-1, which has a normal physiological protective function in the body, and COX-2, which mainly participates in analgesic and anti-inflammatory processes. COX-2 is an important mediator in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury (MI/RI), contributing to inflammation, atherosclerotic plaque formation, toxic shock, and cell apoptosis, leading to dysfunction and damage in multiple tissues. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory effects are primarily associated with COX-2 inhibitors, therefore which can be used in the clinical treatment of MI/RI.
