针对某钢厂制造原材料使用现状,开展在烧结过程中添加膨润土的试验,研究对烧结矿成品率及产量的影响。试验结果表明,当烧结工序膨润土添加量为0.2%时,烧结混合料的平均粒度、透气性指数得到提升,相应的垂直烧结速度、烧结利用系数整体呈现出上升趋势,烧结矿的成品率明显提升,烧结矿转鼓指数略有下降。进一步的钢厂生产实践证明,烧结过程中添加0.2%的膨润土后,烧结机的运转速率、料层厚度等指标较之基准水平均有稳定的提升,烧结矿成品率和产量得到提高,混合料内返率降低,整体提产作用明显。
In response to the current raw material usage in a steel plant, experiments were conducted to add bentonite during the sintering process, studying its impact on the yield and output of sintered ore. The results show that when the bentonite addition is 0.2%, the average particle size and permeability index of the sintering mix improve, and the vertical sintering speed and sintering utilization coefficient show an overall upward trend. The yield of sintered ore significantly increases, while the drum index slightly decreases. Further production practice proves that adding 0.2% bentonite during sintering stabilizes the operation rate and layer thickness of the sintering machine, improves the yield and output of sintered ore, reduces the internal return rate of the mix, and significantly enhances overall production.
