凹型建筑外立面保温层火灾温度特性研究

为探究凹型结构建筑外立面火灾蔓延特性,通过数值模拟软件FDS建立凹型结构建筑外立面火灾蔓延模型,分析不同凹槽形状和开窗尺寸下火灾蔓延过程与垂直温度特征,提出不同窗户开口因子下垂直温度预测模型。结果表明:凹型结构外立面形成的烟囱效应明显加速火灾蔓延,使外立面温度更高,结构因子为1.0时,凹型外立面内温度最高;凹槽内窗户开口因子显著影响外立面火灾温度分布,窗户开口因子越大垂直温度值越低,垂直温度符合指数衰减规律。

In order to investigate the fire spread characteristics of a building facade, the numerical code FDS was used to simulate the facade fire. The fire building and vertical temperature under different groove structures and window sizes was analyzed. In addition, the predicted model for vertical temperature under varied window sizes was proposed. Results show that the stack effect formed by the concave structure facade significantly accelerates the fire spread, increasing the facade temperature. When the structure factor is 1.0, the temperature in the concave facade is the highest. The window opening factor in the groove significantly affects the fire temperature distribution of the facade. The larger the window opening factor is, the lower the vertical temperature value is, and the vertical temperature conforms to the exponential decay law.
