点火位置对T型管道内乙醇汽油蒸气爆炸特性影响的实验研究

针对T型管道中不同点火位置对油气爆炸特性的影响问题,实验研究了T型管道中不同点火位置条件下乙醇汽油蒸气爆炸的火焰传播和压力变化规律。结果表明:T型管道中最大超压(Pmax)与点火点和泄压口无量纲距离(Ip/D )之间存在二次曲线关系,与直管中的正线性相关明显不同;T型管道中,向右侧开口端传播火焰不会形成郁金香火焰,点火点与封闭端距离≥300 mm时向左侧封闭端传播火焰形成郁金香火焰;不同点火位置下爆炸超压都发生周期性振荡,点火点离泄压口越近,振荡发生越早,振幅越小,爆炸的超压峰值数量同步减少,与火焰进入支管方式不同有关;Ip/D小于4.75后,最大超压几乎不变。研究结果可为进一步了解T型管道内气体爆炸的演化规律和泄压口位置的优化设计提供参考。

In order to solve the problem of the influence of different ignition positions on the characteristics of oil and gas explosion in the T-shaped pipeline, the flame propagation and pressure laws of ethanol gasoline vapor explosion under different ignition positions in the T-shaped pipeline were revealed through experimental studies. The results showed a quadratic relationship between the maximum overpressure (Pmax) and the dimensionless distance (Ip/D) between the ignition and the vent in T-shaped pipelines, significantly different from the positive linear correlation in straight pipelines. In a T-shaped pipeline, the right flame (towards the open end) does not form the “tulip flame”. When the distance between the ignition and the closed end is ≥ 300 mm, the left flame (towards the closed end) forms the “tulip flame”. The explosion overpressure undergoes periodic oscillations at different ignition positions. The closer the ignition is to the vent, the earlier the oscillation occurs, and the smaller the amplitude. The number of overpressure peaks in the explosion synchronously decreases due to how the flame enters the branch pipe. After the Ip/D is less than 4.75, there is little change in the maximum overpressure. The research can provide data reference for further understanding the evolution of explosions inside T-shaped pipelines and vents design.
