支板一体化喷油稳定器流场特性仿真与试验

为了探究加力燃烧室不同来流条件下支板一体化喷油稳定器的流场特性,采用商业软件进行数值仿真,并使用粒子图 像测速(PIV)对流场实际结构进行测试。数值仿真结果表明:马赫数的提高会导致支板回流区范围减小,在温度高于900 K、马赫 数高于0.35时的来流条件下,会出现不稳定的双涡结构;温度升高会使回流区略有减小;来流角度由5°增大到15°过程中,回流区 会先增大后减小。流场试验结果表明:随着来流马赫数的增大,回流区范围逐渐缩小,支板尾缘流场在Ma=0.15~0.35来流条件下 存在2个稳定的涡,但在Ma=0.45的来流下双涡结构会失去稳定;随着来流偏转角的增大,迎向来流一侧的涡逐渐缩小并且向下游 移动,在正负方向偏转下流场结构具有相似的对称关系;在支板尾缘长度变化时,回流区长度和宽度基本不变。数值仿真与试验 测试获得的流场结果具有同样的变化趋势。


To investigate the flow field of the strut flameholder with integrated fuel injectors under different inflow conditions in an afterburner, numerical simulations were conducted using commercial software, and the actual flow field structures were obtained using PIV. Numerical simulation results shows that an increase in Mach number reduces the range of the recirculation zone downstream of the strut; Unstable double vortex structures occur under inflow conditions with temperatures above 900K and Mach numbers above 0.35; an increase of temperature slightly reduces the recirculation zone; and as the inflow angle increases from 5 ° to 15 °, the recirculation zone initially expands and then contracts. Experimental results show that as the inflow Mach number increases, the range of the recirculation zone gradu? ally narrows. Under inflow conditions of Ma=0.
15–0.35, two stable vortices exist in the flow field near the strut trailing, but at Ma=0.45, the double vortex structure loses stability; As the inflow deflection angle increases, the vortices on the upstream side gradually shrink and shift downstream, and the flow field structure exhibits a similar symmetry relationship under positive and negative deflection angles; When the strut trailing edge length changes, the length and width of the recirculation zone remain essentially unchanged. The flow field results obtained from numerical simulation and experimental testing exhibit consistent trends.
