变工况条件下二次再热机组锅炉系统的?分析

[目的]深度调峰灵活性运行条件下锅炉系统节能减排潜力大。[方法]本文以超临界二次再热机组的锅炉系统作为研究对象,详细介绍了锅炉?损失的产生机理并讨论分析了燃烧和传热?损的原因和影响因素,基于?分析模型和方法研究了不同负荷条件下的燃料?、排烟?和换热?。[结果]结果表明:当负荷从100%THA降到20%THA时,锅炉?效率从54.47%降到50.04%;不同负荷下,燃烧?损率最大,散热?损率最小;燃烧?损率在100%THA时为57.3%,负荷降低时先升高后下降,换热?损率在100%THA时为41.2%,负荷降低时先降低后升高。不同负荷下燃烧与换热?损率之和在98.1% ~ 98.5%之间,锅炉内各换热面中水冷壁的?效率最低。因此须从燃烧、传热两过程入手尽量减少?损失。研究结果将对于拓展火电机组锅炉系统节能分析的方法具有一定的积极意义。

[Object] The boiler system has great potential of energy saving under deep peaking regulation and flexible operation conditions. [Method] In this paper, the boiler system of a supercritical secondary reheating unit is investigated. The mechanism of exergy losses of the boiler are introduced, and the causes and influencing factors of exergy losses in combustion and heat transfer were discussed and analyzed. The exergy in fuel, exhaust gas and heat transfer under different load conditions are studied based on exergy analysis method. [Result] When the load decreased from 100%THA to 20%THA, the exergy efficiency of boiler is reduced from 54.47% to 50.04%. Under different loads, the exergy loss ratio in combustion is the largest, and the exergy loss ratio of heat dissipation is the smallest. Exergy loss ratio of combustion is 57.3% at 100%THA load condition, which increases first and then decreases when load decreased. Exergy loss ratio of heat transfer is 41.2% at 100%THA load condition, which decreases first and then increases when load decreased. The sum of exergy loss ratios of combustion and heat transfer are between 98.1% and 98.5% under different loads. Among all the heat exchange surfaces in the boiler, the exergy efficiency of water-cooled wall is the lowest. Therefore, the exergy losses should be minimized from combustion and heat transfer processes. [Conclusion] The research have a positive significance for expanding the method of energy saving analysis of boiler system.
