直腔式全固态457 nm蓝光激光器研究

蓝色激光在海洋水下通信、精密加工和激光生物医学等领域有非常重要的应用。本研究采用带有二向色镜直腔结构、LD端面泵浦Nd:YVO4增益介质的LBO晶体腔内二倍频获得457 nm蓝光激光输出,通过优化激光器参数最终在44.1 W的泵浦功率下获得了3.2 W的457 nm蓝光输出。

The blue laser ocean has very important applications in fields such as underwater communication, precision machining, and laser biomedicine. In this study, a 457 nm blue laser output was obtained by using dichroic mirror straight cavity structure, LD end-pumped Nd: YVO4 gain medium and LBO crystal cavity double frequency. By optimizing the design of the laser parameters, the 457 nm blue light output of 3.2 W was finally obtained at the pump power of 44.1 W.
