随着食品行业数字化转型,新技术、新业态的涌现使得食品安全问题愈发突出,在全社会愈发重视食品安全的背景下,数字技术助力食品安全风险预警机制成为预防食品安全问题新的有效途径。但是,数字技术在助力食品安全风险预警机制的建设中,由于涉及大规模的数据采集与应用,存在侵犯企业商业秘密、泄露个人隐私与算法偏见等诸多风险。对此需要平衡公众知情权与商业秘密、强化国家与个人数据保护措施、构建算法监管体系等,以便规范数字技术的运用,使得数字技术更有效、精确地推动食品安全风险预警机制建设,促进食品行业有序发展、守护全民健康。


With the digital transformation of the food industry, the emergence of new technologies and business models has made food safety issues increasingly prominent. In a context where society is paying more attention to food safety, digital technologies have become a new and effective means for supporting early warning mechanisms for food safety risks. However, in the process of using digital technologies to assist in building food safety risk early warning mechanisms, there are numerous risks, such as infringement of corporate trade secrets, leakage of personal privacy, and algorithmic bias, due to large-scale data collection and application. It is therefore necessary to balance the public''s right to know with the protection of trade secrets, strengthen national and personal data protection measures, and establish algorithm regulation systems, in order to standardize the use of digital technologies. This will enable digital technologies to more effectively and accurately advance the construction of food safety risk early warning mechanisms, promote the orderly development of the food industry, and safeguard public health.
