研究白炭黑分散剂H60EF在轮胎胎面胶配方中的应用。结果表明：在高填充白炭黑胶料中加入白炭黑分散剂H60EF,可以明显改善白炭黑的分散性,提高胶料的加工性能和流动性,降低混炼能耗;同时可以提高硫化胶的耐磨性能和抗湿滑性能,降低动态压缩疲劳温升;相应成品轮胎的耐久性能得到较大提高。
The application of silica dispersing agent H60EF in the formulation of tire tread compound was studied.The results showed that adding silica dispersing agent H60EF to silica high-filled compound,the dispersibility of silica,and the processing property and fluidity of the rubber compound were improved significantly,the energy consumption of mixing was reduced,the wear resistance and wet skid resistance of the vulcanization were also improved,and the dynamic compression fatigue temperature was rised.In addition,the durability of the corresponding finished tire was greatly improved.
