分析橡胶地板的气味来源,并提出相应的优化措施。结果表明:橡胶和硫化体系是橡胶地板气味的主要来源,不同橡胶及硫化体系的气味等级差别较大;补强填充剂(包括补强剂、填充剂和阻燃剂)和防老剂的气味较小,不同补强填充剂和防老剂的气味差别不大。通过优化胶料配方、优选低气味环保原材料、对产品进行通风和停放等后处理以及加入除味剂可以在一定程度上减小橡胶地板的气味。
The odor source of rubber floor was analyzed,and the corresponding optimization measures were put forward.The results showed that rubber and vulcanization system were the main sources of rubber floor odor.Different rubber and vulcanization systems had different odor grades.Reinforcing fillers(including reinforcing agents, fillers and flame retardants) and antioxidants had less odor, and different reinforcing agents.There was little difference in the odor between fillers and antioxidants. By optimizing the rubber formula, selecting low odor and environmental friendly raw materials, ventilating and parking the roducts, and adding deodorizer could reduce the odor of rubber floor to a certain extent.
