稻草板单侧覆面组合墙体抗震试验研究

对3面组合墙体进行低周往复水平荷载试验,研究稻草板单侧覆面、交叉扁钢拉条支撑稻草板单侧覆面和钢板+稻草板双面板对组合墙体抗震性能的影响.结果表明:稻草板单侧覆面组合墙体采用交叉扁钢拉条支撑和覆钢板处理,增加了稻草板与型钢骨架之间的相互作用,抗震性能更加优越.交叉扁钢拉条支撑稻草板单侧覆面组合墙体与钢板+稻草板双面板组合墙体的抗剪承载力相近,均为稻草板单侧覆面组合墙体抗剪承载力的2倍左右;且延性系数和抗侧刚度均有明显提升,但交叉扁钢拉条支撑稻草板单侧覆面组合墙体耗能性能略有下降.3面组合墙体的刚度退化速率均匀,曲线平稳,呈流线型.同钢板+稻草板双面板组合墙体相比,交叉扁钢拉条支撑稻草板单侧覆面组合墙体的抗剪承载力退化系数波动范围较小,抗剪承载力更为稳定.在实际工程中,交叉扁钢拉条用钢量较少,更具有实际价值.

Through low reversed cyclic horizontal loading tests of three composite walls, the influence of one sided cladding of strawboard, one sided cladding of strawboard with steel X strip bracing and steel plate strawboard double boards on the anti seismic behavior of composite walls were investigated. The results indicate that the steel X strip and one sided cladding of steel plate are used to increase the interaction between straw board and the steel frame, and the anti seismic behavior is better. The shear bearing capacity of the one sided cladding of strawboard composite wall with steel X strip bracing is similar to that of the steel plate strawboard double boards composite wall, which is about 2 times as much as the shear bearing capacity of the one sided cladding of strawboard composite wall. And the ductility coefficient and lateral stiffness of composite walls are significantly improved, but the energy dissipation performance of the composite wall with steel X strip bracing decreases slightly. The stiffness degradation rate of 3 composite walls is uniform, stable and streamlined. The one sided cladding of strawboard composite wall with steel X strip bracing is compared with the steel plate strawboard double boards composite wall, the fluctuation range of shear bearing capacity degradation coefficient is small, and the shear bearing capacity is more stable. In practical engineering, steel consumption of the steel X strip is less, and it will have practical value.
