十八大以来的五年,我们党在建设中国特色社会主义具体实践上,形成了习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,按照中 央部署,高等院校必须把习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想和党的十九大精神融入高校课堂教学中去,实现最新重大理论 成果进教材、进课堂、进头脑（简称“三进”）。在这个过程中,高校思想政治理论课教师务必要做好理论体系向教材体系转化、 教材体系向课堂体系转化、课堂体系向价值体系转化的三个转化工作,同时要掌握“三进”工作的价值、原则、实践依循,努力把 理论背后的思想性、思想后面的战略性以及战略蕴含的智慧性尽可能地呈现出来,真正实现新思想、新理论入脑入心。
In the five years of practice since the Eighteenth National Congress, our Party has formed Xi Jinping''s thought of new-era socialism with Chinese characteristics. According to CPC''s plan, colleges and universities must integrate Xi Jinping''s new-era socialism with Chinese characteristics and the spirit of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party into their course books and classroom teachings, so as to achieve the goals of instilling the latest major theoretical achievements into students'' mind, namely, the so-called "three enters". In this process, teachers of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities must well develop theories into course materials, course materials into classroom teachings and classroom teachings into value systems. Meanwhile, they should have good understanding of the value, principle and practical basis for the "three enters" work, and strive to reveal the ideology behind the theory, the strategy behind the ideology and the wisdom implied in the strategy, thus truly realize the goal of instilling new ideas and theories into students'' mind.
