剪切波弹性成像技术在肌骨系统及中医领域的研究进展

超声弹性成像通过压力对组织的作用获取相关弹性信息进行成像,弥补了X射线、超声成像(US)、磁共振成像(MRI)、计算机断层扫描(CT)等传统医学成像模式不能直接提供组织弹性的不足,以其无创、简便、快捷等优点,被广泛应用于多个领域。该技术已在慢性肝病、甲状腺癌及乳腺癌的定量和鉴别上取得一定成果。超声波技术亦在肌肉骨骼系统检查中发挥着至关重要的作用,剪切波弹性成像(SWE)技术可实时监测肌肉等组织的变化,是具有广阔前景的肌肉骨骼系统诊断方法,成为目前医学弹性成像的一个研究热点。故本文将重点探讨SWE技术在肌肉、肌腱、神经等肌骨系统及中医领域的研究进展。

Ultrasound elastography acquires relevant tissue elasticity information through tissue response to pressure, making up for traditional medical imaging modes such as X-ray, ultrasound imaging (US), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and computed tomography (CT). The lack of flexibility is widely used in many fields because of its non-invasive, simple and fast advantages. This technology has achieved certain results in the quantification and identification of chronic liver disease, thyroid cancer and breast cancer. Ultrasound elastography also plays a vital role in musculoskeletal examination. Shear wave elastography (SWE) is a promising diagnostic method for musculoskeletal system, which can monitor muscle changes in real time and has become a research hotspot in medical elastography. Therefore, this article will focus on the research progress of SWE technology in muscle, tendon, nerve and other musculoskeletal systems and the field of traditional Chinese medicine.
