几种微量元素对铁基激光熔覆层组织与性能的影响

通过激光工艺制备铁基合金无裂纹熔覆层,探讨C、V+W几种微量元素含量变化对熔覆层物相组成、显微组织及其性能的影响。试验结果表明,微量元素对熔覆层组织影响不大,熔覆层组织均匀,均为细密枝晶组织;在一定范围内,熔覆层的硬度、腐蚀性能随着C含量的升高分别增加、降低;保持C0.1%含量不变,适当降低Ni元素、增加V+W元素,熔覆层硬度增加,但腐蚀性能降低。

Several kinds of Fe–Based alloy cladding layers were obtained by using a CO2 laser on 27SiMn steel surface.The effect of C,V+W content on the phase composition,microstructure,hardness and corrosion resistance had been studied.The results showed that the influence of trace elements on the microstructure of cladding layer was not significant.The cladding layer was uniform with fine dendrite structure.The hardness increased and corrosion resistance decreased with the increase of C content within limits.For the cladding layer,when the C content was 0.1%,the decrease of Ni elements and increase of V+W elements resulted in the increase of hardness and the decrease of corrosion resistance.
