建立火焰原子吸收光谱法测定金银花中铜含量的不确定度评定方法。通过分析试验过程,确立数学模型,识别各不确定度分量,计算合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果表明,金银花中铜含量测定结果为(1.6±0.2)mg/kg,k=2;影响金银花中铜含量测量不确定度的最大因素是由拟合标准曲线求铜含量产生。该评定模型可为火焰原子吸收光谱法的测量不确定度评估提供参考。
The content of copper in Lonicera japonica flos was determined by flame atomic absorption spec- trometry(FAAS), the uncertainty evaluation was established. The experimental process was analyzed to estab- lish mathematical model. Each uncertainty component was recognized, and then the standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty was calculated. Results showed that the content of copper in lonicera japonica flos was (1.6±0.2) mg/kg,k=2, the standard curve fitting was used to calculate the content of copper, which was the biggest influence factor for testing uncertainty for the content of copper in lonicera japonica flos determined by FAAS. The evaluation model could provide a reference for FAAS testing uncertainty evaluation.
