After major victory in poverty alleviation, it is necessary to make full use of the transition period, seize key links such as cohesion between achievements consolidation and expanding in poverty alleviation and policy guarantee of rural revitalization, mechanism integration and work coordination, realize organic integration, mutual coordination, mutual support, mutual promotion between poverty alleviation strategy and rural revitalization strategy, finally comprehensively promote agriculture to be of high quality and efficiency, promote countryside to be pleasant to live and work in, and promote farmers to be rich. Based on strategic implications contained in effective cohesion between achievements consolidation and expanding in poverty alleviation and rural revitalization, this paper proposes to explore key directions from rural infrastructure and public services, organization superiority and grassroots enthusiasm, industry development, follow-up support for poverty alleviation relocation, talent resources, ecological poverty alleviation, innovation system, and so on.
