This paper makes a test to analyze 16 personality factors of 31 female football players of Hainan Li Nationality by means of literature, interview, psychology and mathematical statistics. The results are as follows: Among 16 personality factors of female football players of Hainan Li Nationality, C (stability), F (excitability) and H (aggressivity) are at high scores; Q2 (independence) is at high score; the first-tier players are much better than the second-tier ones in terms of H (aggressivity) but much inferior to the latter in terms of O (anxiety); when it comes to F (excitability), high-grade groups are better than medium-grade and low-grade ones, with great differences among high-grade and medium-grade ones; non-only-child players obtain much higher scores in O (anxiety) than only-child players; the scores of the women football players of Hainan Li Nationality in E (endurance), Q1 (experimental) and Q2 (independence) are lower than that of the outstanding female football players in China, with a great difference in terms of E (endurance) and a very significant difference in terms of Q1 (experimental) and Q2 (independence); however, their scores in C (stability), G (perseverance), I (sensitivity) and Q3(self-discipline) are much higher than that of outstanding female football players in China. It is advisable for them to maintain their high scores in C (stability) and increase their scores in Q2(independence).
