From different perspectives, this paper summarizes and then responds to many doubts raised in an old article of Mr. Peter Chang, a bibliographer in Taiwan. It proves that Mr. Wang Zhongmin’s noble character, and justifies the inexistence of the "Custodian turned thief" problem in the ancient rare book event of National Peking Library mentioned by Mr. Peter Chang, in order to achieve the goal of "returning Mr. Wang Zhongmin’s innocence and ensuring a correct understanding of the facts".
