新时代背景下,实现交通强国的目标需要充分发挥高铁服务供给的作用。本文利用2007—2017年中国十大城市群面板数据,通过构建中介效应模型,就高铁服务供给对城市群经济高质量发展的影响及其作用渠道进行实证检验。结果表明,高铁服务供给促进城市群空间组织结构朝多中心化方向发展,加速技术要素流动,促进产业资源在城市间的重新配置,进而提升城市群全要素生产率。增强高铁服务供给可以缩小城市群内部经济发展水平的差异,而技术进步在其中发挥主要的中介作用。分区域研究表明,高铁服务供给对于北方城市群全要素生产率的正向影响更大,并且有利于提升南方城市群的经济协调发展水平。
In the context of the new era,in order to achieve the goal of a nation with strong transportation,the role of high speed rail(HSR)service supply is needed.Based on the panel data of Chinas top 10 urban agglomerations from 2007 to 2017,this paper conducts an empirical test on the influence of HSR service supply on the high quality economic development of urban agglomerations and its channels through the construction of the mediating effect model.The results shows that the HSR service supply promotes the spatial organization structure of urban agglomerations to develop toward the direction of multi centralization,accelerates the flow of technological elements,and promotes the re allocation of industrial resources among cities,thus improving the total factor productivity of urban agglomerations.Enhancing the HSR service supply can reduce differences of the economic development level within the urban agglomeration,in which technological progress plays a main intermediary role.The regional study shows that the HSR service supply has a greater positive impact on the total factor productivity of the northern urban agglomerations,and is conducive to the coordinated economic development of the southern urban agglomerations.
