在“哑铃型”编辑工作模式下,“单刊运作”的出版模式会出现人员调配、人才培养、资源共享、绩效考核等方面的弊端。为解决这些问题,本文以南航学报编辑部3刊深度集约化改革为例,探讨一种工作内容和工作流程全方位融合的深度集约化改革模式。首先介绍南航学报编辑部集约化改革细则,然后总结集约化改革后所取得的工作成效,最后以工作便利和期刊受益最大化为目标,提出了集约化改革的优化方向。
Under the “Dumbbell” editorial mode, the work mode of “single-journal operation” has some disadvantages in the aspects of personnel deployment, personnel training, resource sharing, and performance evaluation. To solve the above problems, this paper studies a deep intensive reformation mode with full integration of work content and workflow, taking the three journals published by editorial department of JNUAA as example. Firstly, the detail of workflow about intensive reformation is introduced. Then, the effectiveness of intensive reformation is summarized. Finally, the optimization orientation of intensive reformation is proposed aiming at maximization of the work convenience and journal benefit.
