NiO在NaCl-KCl-NaF熔盐体系中溶解度及溶解机理

利用等温饱合法研究温度和熔盐组分对NiO在NaCl-KCl-NaF熔盐体系中溶解度的影响。利用热力学计算软件HSC对熔盐体系各组分之间可能发生的化学反应进行计算,结合X射线衍射对熔盐急冷试样进行了分析,确定了NiO的溶解机理。结果表明,NiO的溶解度随着体系温度的升高而增大,随着NaF含量的增加而增大,其溶解机理为简单的物理溶解。

Abstract : The influence of temperature and molten salt composition on the solubility of NiO in NaCl-KCl-NaF molten salt system was investigated by means of isothermal saturation. By using the thermodynamic calculation software, HSC can calculate the chemical reaction between the components of molten salt system, analyze the molten salt quench specimen with X-ray diffraction, and determine the dissolution mechanism of NiO.The results show that the solubility of NiO increases with the temperature of the system, and increases with the increase of NaF content. The dissolution mechanism is simple physical dissolution.
