远程会诊是推动优质医疗资源下沉、解决老百姓"看病难、看病贵"问题的重要举措。本文在介绍远程会诊平台的发展背景和现状问题的基础上,构建了以区域远程会诊管理中心为会诊双方信息传递和管理中介的区域远程会诊平台,介绍了该平台的运行机制,并有针对性地提出完善我国区域远程会诊平台建设的建议,促进优质医疗资源的流动,降低患者的看病成本,提高医疗服务的质量和效率。
Remote consultation is an important measure to promote the flow of high quality medical resources and solve the problem of "difficulties and high costs of getting medical service". Based on the development background and current situation of the remote consultation platform, this paper constructs a regional remote consultation platform with regional remote consultation management center as the medium of information transmission and management intermediary of consultation parties, and introduces the operating mechanism of the platform. Suggestions on the construction of the regional remote consultation platform in China are put forward to promote a good flow of high quality medical resources, reduce the cost of medical treatment for patients and improve the quality and efficiency of medical services.
