Digital economy and digitization play an increasingly important role in the economic and social life of our country. In this paper, digitalized relevant data for 2015 and 2017 were selected as research samples. Through production digitization, consumption digitization, circulation digitization and government digitization the authors constructed a four dimensions and 23 secondary indicators comprehensive digitization index system using principal component analysis and expert scoring method to measure the index data, to compare and evaluate the provincial level of digitization and the change trend of sub index in China. It was found that the growth rate of digitization in China was obvious, the digitalization of consumption, circulation and government was well developed, and the digitalization of production needed to be improved, and the development was not balanced in each regional province, city and sub index.
