As one of the focal points of current educational reform,learning evaluation has attracted wide attention in educational circles. The disadvantages of traditional evaluation methods in higher education are increasingly serious,and the advantages of process evaluation supported by new technology are revealed. The blockchain technology has been applied to the field of education because of its characteristics of decentralization and distrust. In view of the problems of overemphasis on results and low credibility in educational evaluation,this paper analyzes the relevant literature at home and abroad. This paper puts forward the integration of block chain technology into education evaluation,combs and puts forward the application of block chain technology in the process of learning evaluation on the basis of theory analysis,and innovatively puts forward the application of block chain technology to the process of learning evaluation to ensure that the evaluation is true,accurate and continuous in the hope to provide new ideas for the study evaluation of higher education in the future.
