A method for the rapid determination of 30 polar pesticides in environmental water by solid phase extraction (SPE) and super high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was established. Thirty polar pesticides in water were enriched and purified by solid phase extraction (SPE),and then analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by UPLC-MS-MS multistage monitoring model (MRM).The results showed that the detection limit of 30 polar pesticides in environmental water was 0.2-5 ng/L. In this paper, low, medium and high concentrations of samples in the same environment were tested. The average recovery was 63.7%-105.1%, and the relative standard deviation was 4.4%-21.2%. This method is rapid, sensitive and accurate,and can be effectively applied to the rapid monitoring of 30 polar pesticides in environmental water.
