目的 探讨艾盐包结合穴位贴敷和耳穴压豆在预防乳腺癌化疗后恶心呕吐的临床效果。方法 选取2019年1～6月中国科学院大学附属肿瘤医院乳腺-胃肠化疗内科收治的乳腺癌患者80例为研究对象,随机分为对照组40例和观察组40例。为预防恶心呕吐,观察组用艾盐包结合穴位贴敷干预,对照组予耳穴压豆治疗。收集两组的治疗效果、有效率及症状改善情况。结果 两种治疗方法对于乳腺癌化疗后的呕吐症状均有效,观察组总有效率(97.5%)较对照组(77.5%)高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。Kamofsky评分亦均有提高,且观察组较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 两种治疗方法均可有效预防乳腺癌化疗后的呕吐症状,艾盐包结合穴位贴敷相对于耳穴压豆具有更好的临床疗效、依从性及执行力,具有临床推广及应用的意义。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of aiyanbao combined with acupoints application and auricular point pressing bean in the prevention of nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy for breast cancer.Methods From Jan uary to June 2019,80 patients with breast cancer who were admitted to the Department of Breast-Gastrointestinal Chemotherapy in the Institute of Cancer and Basic Medicine,Chinese Academy of Science were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(40 cases) and an observation group(40 cases).In order to prevent nausea and vomiting,the observation group was given aiyanbao combined with acupoint application for intervention; the control group was given auricular point pressing bean for treatment.Afterwards,the therapeutic effect,effectiveness and symptom improvement of the two groups were collected.Results Both treatments were effective for vomiting symptoms after breast cancer chemotherapy.The total effective rate in the observation group (97.5%) was higher than that in the control group(77.5%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Kamofsky scores were also improved,and the score was higher in the observation group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion Both treatments can effectively prevent vomiting symptoms after breast cancer chemotherapy.Aiyanbao combined with acupoint application has a better clinical effect than auricular acupoint pressing bean,and has a higher compliance and an execution ability,which has the significance of clinical promotion and application.
