对2种不同时效工艺处理的7N01铝合金进行动态冲击试验,采用金相显微镜和透射电镜对比分析T6I4和T6这2种时效工艺对7N01铝合金组织演变的影响。研究结果表明:7N01-T6I4态铝合金对应变速率具有较强的敏感性,在高速冲击过程中产生绝热剪切带的临界应变速率比7N01-T6态铝合金的大;在同一应变速率下,7N01-T6I4态铝合金的动态屈服应力和流变应力明显比7N01-T6态铝合金的高;7N01-T6I4态铝合金中析出相粒子较7N01-T6态铝合金的细小、密集,这些细小弥散分布的析出相增大了位错运动阻力,从而提高了合金抗冲击性能。

To analyze the effect of aging heat treatment on the flow stress of 7N01 aluminum alloy, the dynamic mechanical properties of 7N01 aluminum alloy were measured by dynamic impact tests, and the effects of aging heat treatment on the microstructure evolution were investigated by optical microscopy(OM) and transmission electron microscope(TEM). The results show that the 7N01-T6I4 aluminum alloy exhibits more strain-rate dependence, and the critical strain rate of adiabatic shear band under high impact is higher than that of 7N01-T6 aluminum alloy. The precipitated phases in 7N01-T6I4 aluminum alloy are denser and finer than those of 7N01-T6 aluminum alloy, which will increase the resistance of dislocation motion, and the dynamic yield stress and impact resistance of 7N01-T6I4 aluminum alloy are larger than those of 7N01-T6 aluminum alloy.
