人力资本结构与制造业高质量发展:影响机制与实证检验

基于2006~2019年中国省级面板数据,从经济效益、技术创新、绿色发展、信息化水平和高端发展五个方面构建制造业高质量发展的评价体系,理论分析并实证检验人力资本结构对制造业高质量发展的影响。研究发现:人力资本结构的优化能够促进制造业高质量发展,且通过一系列稳健性和内生性检验结果依然成立;分位数回归表明,随着制造业高质量发展水平的提高,人力资本结构对其促进作用越强;机制分析表明,人力资本结构主要通过促进制造业技术进步、制造业转型升级和生产性服务业集聚来推动制造业高质量发展。因此,应深入实施人才强国战略,加大研发投入,着力发展高科技产业,引导生产性服务业集聚,以助推制造业高质量发展。

Based on China’s provincial panel data from 2006 to 2019, this paper constructs an evaluation system for the high-quality development of manufacturing industry from five aspects: economic benefits, technological innovation, green development, informatization level and high-end development, and empirically tests the impact of human capital structure on the high-quality development of manufacturing industry. It is found that the optimization of human capital structure can promote the high-quality development of manufacturing industry, and the results are still valid through a series of robustness and endogenous tests; Quantile regression shows that with the improvement of high-quality development level of manufacturing industry, human capital structure plays a stronger role in promoting it; Mechanism analysis shows that human capital structure mainly promotes the high-quality development of manufacturing industry by promoting the technological progress of manufacturing industry, the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry and the agglomeration of producer services. Therefore, we should further implement the strategy of strengthening the country with talents, increase R&D investment, focus on the development of high-tech industries, guide the agglomeration of producer services, in order to boost the high-quality development of manufacturing industry.
