本文对对酞内酰胺基苯甲酰氯的合成方法进行了研究. 改进了溶剂的预处理方法,有效地消除了其中的有害杂质. 以固体氢氧化钾代替了危险性大、价格高的金属钠,并取得了满意效果. 应用高效液相色谱技术优化了酰氯化反应时间. 活性炭的引入有效地改善了粗产品的分离效果. 通过上述改进,合成产率由原来的29%提高到了41.5%.本方法产率高、成本低、操作性好、易于掌握.
The synthetic method for 4-(2-phthalimidyl)benzoyl chloride (PIB - Cl) is investigated in this paper. Pre-treatment methods are made better to remove the harmful impurities in the solvents. Dangerous and expensive metal sodium, as a water-absorber and anti-oxidizer in the synthetic process , is replaced with solid potassium hydroxide. The chloridization time is optimized with high performance liquid chromatography. Activated carbon is used to improve the separation and purification for crude product. As a result, the synthetic productivity is raised from 29% to 41.5%. This method, with the higher productivity and lower cost price, is easy to operate and master.
